HANDS-ON TRAINING
Medical Data Solutions offers a very
popular hands-on training
course that goes beyond the basic
use of the software. It’s proven that most trainees
learn better by seeing, hearing, and doing. Learn how to optimize
the feature rich software, learn tips, and troubleshooting
techniques that will make NDCMedisoft work for you. Every
attendee will be working on their own computer as they are
professionally guided through the learning process.

the curriculum to focus on the areas of particular importance

We have many offices
that attend training in our facility that have had NDCMedisoft in
their office for years. Over time they realize they have not been
utilizing the program correctly and/or to its potential. We have
determined that offices that have not gone through formal training

We are very proud of our training room. Our training is presented
in a seminar setting, which include workbooks covering class topics.
NDCMedisoft software is displayed and projected on a large screen
in front of the classroom as each function of the program is discussed.
The classes are limited to eight students to maximize our ability
to deliver a comprehensive course and to provide our clients with
a value rich training course.
Medical Data Solutions offers a four
part customized training program as
well. Some offices prefer shorter training sessions administered
over a longer period of time. This type of training is very popular
because it allows for better absorption and retention in a more
gradual manor. This training works well for practices that need
to train specific staff member on specific aspects of the software.
Examples would be: Scheduling, charge entry, insurance billing,

Keep in mind each training situation varies,
depending upon such things as the previous computer experience of
the office staff, complexity of the office/billing structure, and
individual comprehension, it is not possible to predict exactly
how much information can be absorbed or if additional training time
is necessary.

ON-SITE
On-site training is available and should be
discussed with our training department as an option for your practice.
On-site training is usually broken into 2 or more visits to ensure
optimal knowledge retention and proper software usage during and
